Now that I've been successful in keeping Zoas in my tank, which are happy and spreading, I decided to try out an LPS coral from my local LFS. Baby steps. So I got this one, the guy told me what it was, gave me some basic info, and now I completely forgot what it's called. I looked around and there's a few LPS corals that look similar. Could someone please help me out with an exact ID? I'd like to dig deeper into its care requirements and make sure I set it up for success.

Video's a little blue, but I'm fairly certain it's a Micromussa Lordhowensis, formerly classified in the genus Acanthastrea (a lot of people still call them Acans).

Med flow med light. Pretty easy to care for, honestly. Just don't blast it with flow and you should be good. They like supplemental feeding with things like Reef Roids, but don't require it. Good luck!
