What is this macro? Do I want it in my tank?

This and a few pieces of red gracilaria are showing up in my tank. If it's not an invasive macro, it stays.

It is small and growing kinda fast. Does it stay or do I pull it out?

Not 100%, but that looks like a type of Calurpa. Invasive yes, easy to remove, yes, nutrient export, yes. It looks a bit pale, do you have low nutrients?
Nutrients are fine; 20ppm and barely detectable phos. I'm not trying to grow it. It sprung up under a bunch of gracilaria and I just moved it to the front for a photo.

Calurpa isn't a bad thing. It may be a caulepera. I'm leaning some form of sargassum.
