I just got a bunch of types of macro algae from my lfs the other day. This one a small piece the rest looks fine but Is this what they call “going sexual” and is there anytbing to do or is it too late. Will it harm my system (16 gal cube) and shoukd I just take it out and count my losses. Any help I’d appreciate thank you! (I believe this is feather caulpera, and this piece is getting white and possibly a little clear on the edges of the photo is hard to see)
