What is this on my acan

Hey guys, just was looking to see if anyone knew what these little spots (bottom left) of my acans are.

Should I be worried? How can I fix this? These spots aren't out all the time, but the acans are not doing as well as they used to regardless

no I don’t think it’s the skeleton, judging from my view
