What is this on my fish?

It's some type of growth that showed up today on my Naso. It was not there last night. It doesn't seem to bother him, it almost looks like a wart or something. He's fat, healthy and colored very nice.

 
I'm able to zoom the pic in quite a bit and it actually looks like two little holes. One being more prominent. Anything in your tank have spines?

It almost looks like an abrasion. Possible my swam into an sps it sharp piece of rock?
