If by while you mean ever... that is a garbage response. These days a brick and mortar better be on point.

Gotta respectfully disagree here.

The lfs probably does know what pests they are harboring and Not telling customers about. They should know why I won't be buying there any longer.

That was a garbage response from an employee. "That's why you dip" isn't acceptable, Especially since dipping doesn't do anything for aptasia.

It doesn't have to be a big thing, but if they know that they are losing costumers BECAUSE of their issues, they are more likely to fix the problems.
