What is accumulating on the water surface in the return chamber of my sump? When i pull it out a few days later it comes right back. Is it a phosphate issue? I just finished cycling the tank over about 6 weeks and haven't done the water change yet. I also haven't transferred any fish or corals yet.

Just curious if this is something i will be dealing with on a regular basis. First time i've had a sump so it's new to me.
