no skeleton correct, at 1st glance looks like a fox coral ??

Looks like a fox coral to me. That is a weird spot for it
I thought fox coral myself. It moved like an anemone though and parked itself in that spot

It moved itself? Does it not have a calcium carbonate skeleton underneath?
It started in middle of tank when i put it and “walked” to behind rocks for a day or so then slowly made its way to where it is now and has been there for almost a month, it will cyrl up like its closed for a few hours and them open up completely at random times

That is bizzare haha. Its almost like a fox coral that bailed its skeleton. I wonder if that is the case? I am curious what others on here think.

If it’s not nemenzophyllia, then it could be a bleached rhodactis, but the flesh and oral openings look like Fox to me. Can you take a pic of bottom/side? Even a clearer pic of you holding it in your hand will help, anything that’s not through the glass.
