i am finding these small globs of whitish/clear stuff on my rocks with white spots on them. They are hard to the touch like glue. Anyone know what it is, eggs?

Looks like glue or epoxy, but I'm guessing they weren't there before?
 
Nope they weren’t there and they are in multiple spots
