Bristle worm... debatable but I grab them when I can as I've deemed them undesirable cause they are "gross".

Yea, kinda looks like a Bristle Worm. Population can be kept in check via not over feeding the tank. You can pull em out if you see em running free of the Live Rock. I don't touch mine, they help maintain the tank.
