When the light is off, this thing came out of no where and it is huge. Not really sure where it came from, is it good or bad?

Definitely a Polychaete worm. Whether it's a bristleworm or a fireworm is hard to tell. The color has me leaning plain bristleworm but the bristles themselves have me leaning more towards fireworm potentially. It's hard to tell for certain from the picture.

bristleworm, its fairly large so if you have any cleaner shrimp I would remove it but otherwise just be careful when sifting the sand or moving rocks as their stings hurt.
