What is this white grass looking stuff?

I have this white grass type stuff growing in my sump all over the floor and on the walls. I know I have pineapple sponges in there but this looks alot different.

Whenever my return pump shuts off a bunch of it gets blown around the sump and then when the pump comes back on gets blasted into the display.

Doesn't seem to be hurting anything. Does anyone recognise it?
