what is this?

Hello! I’m trying to find the name of this creature. It resembles a plant more than a fish and is green in color, but it’s definitely a living organism! The information I have is based on its appearance, which is depicted in the image I’ve provided. This is specifically the female’s appearance. The males are extremely small and enter the female’s body to deliver sperm.

This creature hardly moves and lies on the seabed, unable to stand up. It’s also kept for ornamental purposes, but it seems it’s not very entertaining because of its lack of movement. Could someone help me identify its name?
