It just popped up in my feed. I found it when i was diving, years ago.

It took me a moment to even see that thing, lol

I assume it's some scorpion fish (Scorpaenidae) or stonefish (Synanceiinae)... But I assume you already got that far and want to know a more precise ID...

Id say scorpion fish. One heck of a wheres waldo puzzle if i say so myself.

look in the center it seems to be a large very nicely camouflaged scorpionfish

I second @Saltyreef seems to be a spotted scorpionfish, Ive eaten them before, very very good

Then yeah definetly a scorpionfish and most likely a spotted scorpionfish
