Caught a green worm with purple bottom or top while feeding today. Not sure what he is so I pulled him out and placed him in a cup. I've seen a larger one in my tank before but this one is aroun 2" long.

I don't think it would hurt a thing but I would not you have it why put it back in your tank

I almost always put stuff back in my tank, but that I would not, and I am not sure why. It looks too much like a Bobbit Worm for me.

I'd like to find out for sure because I know there's one on my tank still that's at least twice the size of this one.

I'm sure it's not but reminds me of a nudibranch ....
Just not as bright colored

Aren't the Eunice worms the Bobbit worms? This thing had no jaws that I saw.
