What is wrong with my midas blenny

My blenny has been acting chill and perching on rocks alot and seemed great. Compared to before when he was scratching himself and flashing some few months ago. He was well behaved with no flashing or biting himself or slapping himself on floor for about a month or two. Now he seems to have purple bruise like stuff on him. See pics what do yall thing. Here is also my recent water test which i put "Rowa phos" to bring down phosphates. He seems to be eating from what ive seen. Atm hes chilling at the top by the overflow chamber...

The only thing that I can tell is that you salinity is extremely low and that your phosphates are extremely high, but I don't think that would cause these symptoms. Do any other fish present with symptoms or just the blenny?

No all other fish seem ok. Im so frustrated with my fish not staying healthy. Lost 2 helfrichi and a gramma a few months ago.
I found him this morning on the sand bed which he never is. Curious if he'll be alive when I get home from work

My salinity i will raise when I get home but that shouldn't cause this. Also phosphates should go down as i put the stuff in to lower it. But what could that be?

I wouldn't raise your salinity. Most fish so better in slightly lower salinity, the corals need the proper salinity, if you keep a fish only tank, it gets kept at a lower salinity for a bunch of reasons. I've never seen something that looks like that with a fish. Most would start by setting up a hospital tank and isolating it for easier diagnosis and treatment. After that I don't know. I've had good luck or good LFS's. Hope someone knows

Update- came home and blenny was being eaten by snails. Please can someone tell me what this could be. Seems its skin was changing color and all faded ect. Seen in pics
