What is this?

I believe this is some kind of worm. But I’m not sure if it’s a bad worm. Sort of roles itself out, then exposes some small white mouth parts. Then roles back in. It’s black with white spots, and has a white underside.

When I say rolls out I mean like unrolling a sock.
