This yellow eye just came out of QT and today I woke up to these two white spots on his forehead. Doesn’t look like ICH. He seems fine swimming normal and eating.

Looks like maybe he ran into a rock. Spots will probably improve over next 24 hours.

As long as he’s acting normally and eating I would just give it some time. Would not jump at trying to treat something unless he starts acting abnormally.

Picture fuzzy but either post injury or Lymphocystis but hard to tell. If you can ., please retake pics under white light
