Hmm I'm not sure then it kind of looks how bubbles will adhere to glass after tank is initially filled. Have you added or changed anything recently? And yes a better pic may help.

Anybody knows what this bubbles on the glass and how to get rid of it was not there yesterday

It looks to me like something has just bombed the tank with O2 and the bubbles have attached to the glass.

Dinos or cyanobacteria can cause this. Both organisms are photosynthetic and produce oxygen. When they form a thin film on the glass, the bubbles are trapped beneath it.
