What is this stuff? I’ve read up on Dino’s some. I don’t think this is what it is because I read they like super sterile environments. But there’s this brown stuff. And then this clear stuff that has lined everything in my tank.

I apologize for not having a positive ID on what your seeing, but it looks completely normal to me. Just something that occurs in the early stages of a reef tank. Keep your parameters within reason and this stuff should go away in time. Will most likely be replaced by Coralline algae. GL.

I it’s 3-4 months
Then I agree that it's just normal "uglies" that new tanks go through. Manual removal (and patience) is the best intervention... don't be tempted to add a bunch of chemical treatments.
