What is wrong with my bubble coral

Does anyone know if this large growth is normal? It grows a little every day.

It's bubbling like you see in "bounce" mushrooms and happens in other corals. It's not "normal" but it doesn't appear to have any obvious negative effects on corals.

this ^^^^ had one in a nano and it was horror.
