What is wrong with my LTA?

Help! I don't know what is wrong with my LTA? Is he just deflating, dead, dying? He has plenty of water flow and all my tank levels are normal. I just got him from the LFS yesterday and he looked fine.

How old is your tank? Tank parameters? Lighting? Also, that appears to be a condy anemone not a LTA.

That looks like a Haitian Condylactis Anemone. At any rate, it could be that it is regurgitating it’s food from previous feedings causing this illustration. Often times, after a day or two, it will expand its tentacles again.
Or it could be that it is stressed and will require some time to adjust to your parameters and tank.
