What is wrong with this anemone!?

Hmm I'm honestly not sure but my guess would be no. It doesn't look like it is splitting at all, just looks really mad/sick. I will get yet another picture of it this evening with it hanging from the rock. What kind of issues can it cause if it dies in the tank? I don't want to take it out if there is still a chance of it turning around. At the same time I don't want to cause an issue for the rest of the tank if it dies in there. I have a few mushrooms, one crab, a few snails, and a waving hand in the tank right now. Wanting to start transferring my other corals and fish over from my 40 gal but not sure if its safe with the way this anemone is :(

here is a pic from an hour ago. Any ideas? He has let go sense and is sitting on the bottom. Should I just take him out and call it a loss?

If your water and lighting is good I would just leave it alone not really anything you can do for it other then hope it pulls through on its own I had one for a whole then got OCD and moved a power head a little bit and it decided to move tried to go right over my acans and that was the end of it it looked melted and hid for a couloir days before it died and got stuck to my filter:/ what a headache trying to get it off it was like someone took watered down silly putty and squished it on the intake
