What is wrong with this anemone

It stays like this all the time. It doesn't expand and it doesn't eat. Its tentacles a re sticky and it has been this way for weeks. Im assuming it is a long tentacle anemone. At one time it was huge but now it stays tiny and deflated looking.

How long has it been like this? When it was big were the tentacles long and thin or bubbly ?

I haven't seen it expand in a couple weeks. It did move a little when I increased the lighting with LEDs but it won't expand or eat.
