Lots of great suggestions so far! Are there any differences between the sharknose goby (Elacatinus evelynae), the neon goby (Elacatinus oceanops), and the yellow line goby (Elacatinus figaro) other than the coloration?

And will those gobies fight with all other gobies, or only others of their own genus, or only others of their own species?

In small tanks they will fight with members of the genus.

I don’t think I could ever have any reef tank without a clown or two. Especially the storms:p

Swales swissguard basslet would be my top choice for a nano. Unless you want to just go all in and get the candy basslet of course.

Royal Gramma. Peaceful and beautiful color combo. I think they recommend a 30 gallon for these, though I have mine in a 55 gallon tank and it stays in it's one favorite little area and really wants nothing to do with the rest of the tank lol.

Loving mine as well! But, getting a tail spot blenny soon! Time will tell.

I like my little yellow clown goby....what a personality...and seeing him out there with the "big" fish vying for food, fearless. My wife has named him Lemon Drop. He typically perches on a coral and watches me as I work on the tank.

+1 on the Clown Gobies. They are small but fearless! Funny little critters too!
