I love Clarkiis and voted for them. Love the coloring. A pair will likely grow too big for my new 30 gallon build, so I will probably stick to Ocellaris in this aquarium.

my favorite has always been "Doni's Reef" Snowcassos.... i had a firstgen pair years ago and had to sell them to a breeder when i broke down my system.. now i have a baby from them paired with a frostbite... but i have to say those black storm clowns are sweet...

Has anyone noticed the orange color on percula/ocellaris clownfish has muted or faded over the years? They used to be really bright almost neon orange.Years ago LFS was selling reddish orange ones that just glowed.

Most of the ones you see now are Tank raised that’s why I believe we are see the faded color.

How come no one mentioned Fireclowns? I don't particularly like them but they never die so you have to live with them forever.
I got the larger one as a baby about 26 years ago and I thought it was a red hawkfish. I don't like clowns much. I don't remember when I got the smaller one.
Here they are spawning
