Hoping your business bounces back stronger than ever!
Well today was day 3 and so far so good. I have spent the last three days returning voicemails and answering emails. More people are responding than I expected. Even the bands though their concerts have been cancelled, still want their guitar and bass amps repaired. So I have high hopes for the future.

How many hives do you have and what kind of bees are they? I’ve had good luck with Carniolan (Apis mellifera carnica) which are from Bosnia. I try to average three hives and have four this year!
I normally keep 2 hives, my carniolan from last year were 50/50 at survival... and now I have lost my queen :( they started the spring out wonderfully though! Now to search for a mated queen to replace, or ask my neighbor for a frame of brood...

I am a small business owner. We repair high end audio gear. So this Covid 19 has been a real bugger. We just finally got to open back up yesterday, and thankfully there are still plenty of individuals who need their gear fixed. We are currently doing both the A and B rigs for The Killers as an example. With the casinos shut down and all live entertainment down, we were not quite sure how returning would be like. It will be a struggle until things go back, but we will make it through this. I do love what I do cause I get to meet a lot of people and see a lot of shows.

However having two months off to focus on my tanks was a real joy.
I'm a lighting designer for large scale concerts and events, or at least I was before lockdown happened.
Now I'm a person who spends all day at home looking at fish and other pets

Always glad to see other entertainment people with reef tanks! Audio Engineer here, and have a coworker/LD who also keeps a fairly nice reef!

I am a high school teacher. I teach mostly 11th and 12th grade. AP Macroeconomics, AP Government and Politics, Honors US History.

I love what I do. Every day is a new challenge. I love working with teens. I also am very passionate about my subject and am closing in on finishing a Master's degree in American History and Government. Next a PhD.... but I don't think I will ever want to stop teaching.

I do sometimes secretly judge the Marine Bio teacher at my school.

My husband is way more interesting. He does theoretical computational high energy physics. (Or something like that) basically he thinks about physics and mathematics and gets paid to think.

I am always interested in people career choice. I am wondering how many here are actually in the field we love, fishes.

I am a claims adjuster. I have been a manager, supervisor, and adjuster for 20+ years. It is constant source of conflict and stress.

What do you folks do and how do you like it?

(Anyone have a job for me in NC?):)
I am a mechanical engineer and whole seller of air compressor. I never expected to have reef hobby but a friend of mine left me 30g tank when he moved out, so I started this hobby. Still learning.
