Lets hear it!

We got any bucket sitters? kicking back in a recliner? Arm chairin' it? One of those top-view floating portal thingies?!

Share with us your optimal viewing position!

Personally I lay on the couch for casual fish watching, but have been known to sit on a bucket and smash my face against the glass checkin' out all the micro fauna! How else are you going to see a couple of hermits get into a real estate battle? :D

My 90g sits next to my couch in the living room, with a nice office task chair right in front of it.

I have a recliner that if I look right I see the 65" HDTV and if I look left I see the 90 gal reef. I always kick back with my black lab in my lap and we watch the tank. Sometimes I just spin the chair to watch the tank only.

The lab loves the tank. I think her favorite is the new 2" yellow watchman goby. She wags her tail when he comes out to dig in the sand.

I'm with @cbutkos .......a papasan chair. One of my kids brought this home after graduating from college and decided she didn't want it....so I put it in the fish room. They get a kick out of it because that can't believe the old man would want to sit in a "young person's" chair. I wasn't aware it was for the young only. And yes, I've fallen asleep in the chair too.

I also have an "old person's" regular couch right behind the papasan. :D

It depends on my focus: looking at fish swimming back and forth requires my recliner; looking at small inverts or coral growth means the glasses come off and my nose goes to the glass; looking at cool things happening in my refugium means I'm on my belly in the floor. Best of all, sharing it with the grandkids.

My favorite view is from outside my house at night through the living room window as I walk down the sidewalk.

Rev, I know it's not yours, but did you notice the couch is facing the wrong way.. "Doctor, could you tell me why I have a sore neck? I can't figure it out." :D
