I have an Earls wrasse that has injury/infection to half of its mouth. The injury/infection area appears white in color. The white color is not fuzzy so it may not be fungus infection but I am treating it with API anti-fungus medication just in case.
It may just be from injury from being picked on by my flame wrasse.
If so, should I treat it with antibiotic as well. The fish is eating well but the mouth injury/infection has not improved for the last 6 days.

I like to use both Sulfaplex + Neoplex for any injury or infection of the head area of fish.
