+1 on the magnetic stirrer. I use this and a 1 litre conical flask to mix my own Aquaforest dosing liquid (1/3 the price of the premix) and also to mix SW to add to the ATO of my QT when I am raising salinity for fish in quarantine. Considering I am now mixing up to 30 litres of dosing liquid at a time I couldn’t live without it.

Power washing your mp40s won't save time lol. Just brush and water what 10 seconds. Then you need to soak the cage in citrus acid to remove the coraline. I can see using a power washer on socks yeah but mp40 nah.

I'm a neat freak. Magic erasers and zip ties have been huge lol.

Also condiment cups...throw some rubble down in them and let corals attach ( mushroom) .

sure, i didnt do much, i took the small narrow attachment and cut it down to easily fit in all corners of the rear unit in my aio. it does suck fast and i restricted the flow somewhat by gripping and squeeing the hose.it helped although it will proably burn up motor eventually, but in this hobby that cost wont b noticed.

Another one, got this off amazon - great for cleaning off frags and stuff, as well as anything stuck in rock crevices etc . .

I’m always hanging things off my sump or tank like livestock bags, siphon hoses, or RO tubing into buckets, so I have used these plastic clamps over the years more than anything except my turkey baster:

It pokes...It moves...It cuts through cans!!!! (well, not really, but I haven't really tried that yet...) This is a do-hickey I made that has about a foot of wrapped wire on it that I can adjust in length and shape as needed. I use it almost on a daily basis to minimize putting my grubby hands in the tank... I also use it to syphon vacuum by rubber tying a tube to the wire...
