What return pump for BC29

I picked up a used 29 gallon Bio Cube over the weekend and need a return pump. What pump do you all suggest? Trying to stay away from Maxi Jets if possible. Would a Mag 3 work or would it be too much?

i have a rio 800 on mine works great

I would go with the rio 800 as well. I used that pump before adding a sump.

Just curious why you wanted to stay away from maxijet? I've got a 1200 and have no problems with it.. The thing pumps out some serious flow!
