Instant Ocean Sea Salt would be a top choice, that's what most large public aquaria use.

Is coral pro red sea salt any good?
That salt has elevated levels of alkalinity, calcium and magnesium that are important for keeping corals. For fish, this salt is unnecessary. You could use it, it won't hurt them, but you're spending more for salt than you have to. Fish just need a basic sea salt mix.

From their instructions it says:
"1.5 lbs of Instant Ocean is formulated to create 5 gallons of saltwater at a specific gravity of 1.022", to give you some idea. You will likely want a refractometer or salinity probe to know for sure what salinity water you have.

How much instant ocean sea salt would be needed for a 540 gallon aquarium
They're all sold by the gallon amount.

for example, a bag is 50gallon, a bucket 160gallon, and a box is 4 bags of 50, for a 200gallon.

So you can just do the math depending on what you can get
