Can you return the 80?

I bought them both for very cheap, I would rather sell it

Is it too big for my system?

I just feel that it might heat up my water too much in a 200 gallon system
I am running a 40W (35" tall) Lifegard Aquatics on a 105G and do not experience any excess heat at all. I never even thought of UV bulbs giving off heat as being an issue. Maybe somebody else can chime in for additional help.

Ok, got it- what GPH do you run through it?

To be honest, I don't even remember....I have been running it over a year on an adjustable pump so that I can slow it down to help with parasites or speed it up to turn over more water for bacterial/algae issues. I set it to help with Dino's (which it worked very well) and haven't touched the GPH since. Each UV unit should provide recommended flow rates for that unit though.
