what software do you use to make your corals pop

I have seen some pictures of corals that are almost radioactive in color and wonder what software you guys are using lightroom 3 or CS5?

I use both lightroom and photoshop cs5.

When your eyes hurt looking at some of the pictures, it's called saturation.
Saturated pictures appear as the "pop" in colors of corals.

This is a method where the white sand becomes blue and all hope is lost on the accuracy of the image itself.
