What the heck is this?

Found this in my tank tonight never seen him befor been up and running for 1.5years
It's red with looks like tiny Antennas over its body with eather a black bottom or head.

spaghetti worm?

That's my thoughts but I've never seen the whole worm before.

Ok there harmless that's just a big worm I say 4" plus don't know why it wasn't buried and just chilling on the sand bed. Going to put him back in the tank.
