Looking to buy a camera and lenses to take some reef photos just not sure where to really start and tips on what to buy

I’m looking to start off with right around the 1000 range plus a lens’s not sure where to start with that

The Nikon D5600 is a nice starting point or the Canon T7i. The Nikon D7500 is an awesome camera if you would like to spend the extra money.
A nice macro lens is the Tamron 90mm.
