I have a 52g Cube with a 20g sump, 110 Reef Octopus, 150 two little fishy reactor running chemi-pure, 60lbs of live rock in display, and the refugium in the sump has chato algae in it, that's my filtration system. I have 2 young snowflake clowns, 1 blue sided wrasse that's a good 2.5" and Starry Blenny that 3". What should I be feeding these guys and what would be a good routine to feed them. I mainly just had my pair of clowns before and this is the most variety of fish I have had. Thinking about getting another wrasse this spring. But I want to make sure I keep these guys happy without over doing it and not adding to much nutrients to the tank. If there fed and happy then they poop and hopefully there poop feeds my SPS. Thanks for any thought or help.

I've heard of people soaking there food in garlic and stuff is there a big benefit or is that just adding nutrients to the tank to. The Starry Blenny he's always munching on the rocks try to get algae, as for him should I try to supplement feed him Nori or is what little algae I have on the rocks good enough for him.

I would put a 1x2 inch piece of nori rubberband to a rock each day for the blenny. The 3 other fish I would do 1/4 inch of LRS or Rods twice a day.

Hey were are you in NW Washington? I used to live in Port Angeles. As for feeding I use something called BlackJack Reef Crack that is made locally. Basically it's like Rod's or some of the other frozen foods that have a variety of ingredients for both fish and coral. Over the years I've found these types of foods to be the best choice for overall health.
