Can't tell if it is multiple little nibbles or what but it doesn't seem stressed and is eating well.

Based on the video I'm guessing the Dragon Wrasse but this is some serious damage for a fish that is 1/3rd of its size to doll out.

A couple shots from a Moray? Swipes from the Sohal?

Gunna try KanaPlex and hope it doesn't get worse.

It looks similar to something that happened with my powder brown tang, which the general consensus was a swipe by another tang or a nip by one of the more aggressive tank mates. Note that I only got a really brief (blurry) glimpse in the video.

Did you treat the injury with anything?

I didn't have anything to treat it with (meds are basically non-existent in Canada), but it looked better within 24 hours and cleared up completely in a week.

The fact that the wrasse is still eating (and I assume like the pigs they are!) is a good sign. I like to include aminos, garlic and selcon with the fish food (seems to promote overall health and healing).
