You are going to have one ugly or another for several months. Cuc is a major benefit to speed those up

It could be diatoms but you’d need a microscope to know for sure. If so, they will go away with tank maturity.

Get enough diatom/algae eating CUC and do not keep the lights on too high and too long. Slowly but surely.

This looks like wire algae which cleaners wont address. The rock will have to be placed in a container of tank water and scrubbed with a firm toothbrush or automotive detail brush and returned to tank and add chiton snails. large astrea snails, pitho crabs and ninja star snails for control.
