What type of flasher wrasse do I have? Also what is the white spot on his head?

What type of flasher wrasse do I have? My lfs didn’t say specifically what type he is, just that he’s a flasher. I know he is young but he doesn’t have the blue lines like a yellow fin or a mccosker flash wrasse has. Will he gain the blue lines when he matures? For the white spot, I did a fresh water dip just in case. He’s super active and healthy otherwise, so I’m guessing he’s just missing a scale.

Mines been a model citizen but granted it’s the smallest of the wrasse in my tank
