what type of Montipora is this?

I bought a incrusting montipora with green polyps. The velvet on it was green when I bought it but now it's showing signs of a beautiful red/rainbow color. But the polyps are staying green. Is it a variation of a rainbow encrusting montipora?
The velvet was damaged and went away for some time but now it is coming Back.
Sorry for the bad pictures . I need to get a filter for my good camera.

Velvet on coral? Not sure what you mean here, but that coral looks to be riddled with algae between the polyps. Could just be the picture too, as it's a little blurry and way to green.

Not sure algae glows green and rainbow under blue light.
