what up with my nem?

So ove had this frosted rainbow for over a yeR and it keeps getting smaller.. its aboutthe size of a quarter. It doesnt get any bigger.

Kh 8
Ph 7.8
Phos not reading
55g mixed 2x 150mh running phoenix 3months old
Its not bleached so i dont know what going on
Feed about 5x month

Temp for the mist part stays at 78 but for about two hours a day jumps to. 80 at the end of light cycle

And i always target feed

Cac needs to be changed but that would cause this.. this has been going on for a while now

Everything is..... sps growing lps is growing to fast z/p doing good as far as a few melters here and there nothing crazy..

I dont dose just for fear of over dosing and change 5-10g every weekend

Soo to say the least im clueless. And ive tried to find something leading to the cause,and ive hit a deadend

Maybe try checking it at night with a red light to see if something is bothering it?
