Halichoeres chrysus - many know it as a Yellow Coris Wrasse however it is one of many species that undergoes the name “Coris Wrasse” yet they aren’t a true Coris as they are not in that genus of wrasse.

The one you don’t want to confuse it with is Thalassoma lutescens.

And don’t get any Coris wrasses. Like actual coris wrasses. This one yours isn’t a Coris like @i cant think said
