What's a good fish trap?

i need a fish trap to catch the fish in my tank to move em to a treatment tank im more worried about the gobies and blennies but i do have a tang and clownfish im already in the process of not feeding them to hopefully bait them with food what fish traps would work best for my situation ive never had any experiance with fish traps before

and would this work if i put it next to my gobies cave?
