What's agood inexpensive video camera?

Looking for an inexpensive video camera to easily load videos to You Tube
and/or Photobucket. Right now I use the one on my Iphone 4 but videos are not
turning out that well.

and on top of that i would check craigslist, EBAY or for sale ads. they have great deals on stuff that are still good! the only thing with EBAY is check sellers feedback!
