Over the past few weeks, I've been getting failed tests at least once a day. Tests A, B and C all fail. It seems to be random as to which one fails and it usually completes the test successfully the next time.
I've tried, many times:
Power cycling the unit
(Re)Priming the problem reagent.
Priming the sample line
Replacing the reagents.

A few days ago I finally pulled the sample hose out and cleaned a ton of gunk out of it. I figured that was the problem, but it's still happening. Yesterday I dismantled the entire thing. I made sure every single tube in the unit, as well as the manifold were all clear and I'm still getting it. Part of that also included running RODI through the waste hose, as well as the section of sample tubing from the outside to the inside of the unit, and, pulling apart the stepper motor and cleaning the tube in there. Basically, anything that liquid moves through, I made sure it was able to move through. So the fact that it's having the same issue on all the reagents, I don't think is related to a clogged sample or waste tube. I did also run water through the filter at the end of the sample tube as well as the tube in the pump.

The *only* thing in that unit that I didn't check was the steel tubes going into the reagent, but again, since it's happening with all of them, I don't know that that's going to be the issue.

What's really bugging me is that I'm getting really low readings. My alk is coming in between 6 and 7 and calc is 300-400. I did check with a Hanna checker and I'm getting similar numbers for calc and alk is about 1 dKH. So, off by 1, but not wildly incorrect. At least not incorrect enough that I'm worried the low numbers are bad test results.

Before yesterday, my next step was going to be to order the DIY kit to rebuild it, but given that I cleaned everything, I don't think that's going to fixx anything.
I assume my actual next step is to email customer service and ask them...unless anyone else has an idea.
