Whats going on with this yuma?

Ive had this yuma for 4 years or so, id say its about 3” across and has thrown off half a dozen or so babies in that time. Ive never seen it look like this though. Parameters have been very stable. Only recent change is i added a leopard wrasse a few days ago.

Guess it just decided to inflate half way today. Looks healthy enough.
Is it bothering the Zoanthids?

Nope, been there for years now.

Thought it was maybe a sign of it splitting.
