What the heck? Never seen this till today. Some kind of crab? And is the little star thing good or bad.

That's an emerald crab. Some can develop a taste for soft corals but mine have never done so. When they get bigger they might go after any fish they can catch though. Star is an asterina starfish, again some have been rumored to eat soft corals, so unless you love how they look, i'dget it out just to be safe.
