I'm currently taking Partnership Tax, actually reading for class this evening right now! If you have any suggestions on how to synthesize all the info for that area of tax, I'd be all ears. This class is rough
Yeah..partnership tax is a beast. Why? because of the washing machine effect. Stuff goes in and stuff goes out and people are creative. So there are a significant number of laws out there to enforce 'substantial economic effect'. roughly the tax income has to follow the economic income even if there are timing issues on recognition. Most partnership rules and complexity are around this concept right here.

Back in the early days of Xbox 360, I clicked random name generator many times, and then woodyarmadillo popped up and I don’t know I liked not having a number in my name and it’s almost always available on every site I use. My picture is of me in the petrified forest in Arizona. My wife and I like traveling and nature a lot.

My dad is retiring this year and the whole family is trying to get him to take up blacksmithing for a hobby. I'm a hobby fanatic so I would definitely tinker with it when I had the time.
It's a neat hobby, and would take a lifetime to master. There are local organizations in nearly every area that are very welcoming to new members, and help them get started. Usually they refer to themselves as guilds. I'd recommend you search one out if he is at all interested.

I fell down the knifemaking rabbit hole long before it got made "Cool" by the TV shows. Most of what I make is pattern welded:

Mine is for my passion towards turtles.

One of my other hobbies:

My profile name is based on a scenic view in my location and it's my name on pretty much anything online, which is YouTube and R2R lol

As you can probably guess, didn't put much thought into mine -- too anxious to get signed up on the site and start learning to worry about anything else.
...oops

As an aside:
My avatar is my last/current home-made telescope.
Telescope builders / observational astronomers will recognize the basic design. (Not sure if it's obvious to non-astronomers)

Mine is a reference to my other hobby, motorcycling. I ride a VL 800 Volusia and since I am a woman, I just thought to tack on angel after it would be cute. It seemed cuter at 43 years old than it does at 63, but it's been my go to username for 20 years.

My avatar is a jigsaw puzzle that my hubby & I worked on.
