What's killing my coral?

My monti went from unbelievable growth to this in less than a week. There's another piece elsewhere in the tank and it's doing just fine. I'm thinking that there's some coral warfare going on.

Here's my parameters:

Dkh 6.9
CA 468
NO3 0
PO 0
NACL 36
Ph 8.4
MG 1600

Raise ur po4. Ur starving ur corals. Dkh is a little low too.
